CRM/Customer Service

If you have an interest and a few hours to spare regularly, why not assist us in helping customers, who have been on our tours, get their feedback on our review page. It is quite common for the customers to get lost using technology so our solution is word of mouth.

Responsibilities

Collect customer reviews on the day or via telephone, Assist customers upload their reviews, Provide general customer service

Digital Marketing

Create, maintain and update Social Media channels for Digital Marketing Activities. You must be confident and really “on the ball” with a hunger to learn and become a vital part of the team.

Tour Guide

3 Months Paid Internship

We are looking for an intern with travel and international tourism experience. Chigwell Tours has 3 months vacancy for paid internship for a graduate with tourism and international tourism experience.

You will work as part of a team, deal with updating our tours programme; input into our Christmas and 2022 tours and liaise with online digital marketing agencies. Sample opportunities for working with our external agents, and input into the business admin of the company.

We offer 2 – 3 weeks work experience in the above sectors for candidates with an interest, aptitude and fun out of the box thinking personality.

Volunteering

You may have a few hours a week or a couple of days. Whatever it is, you always have the potential for change. Help support in sectors both within the workplace and outside of it.
