This festive theatrical experience will enable you to appreciate the magnificent front of house of London’s West end largest theatre of 2359 seats.
The private tour will be led by an experienced guide from the Coliseum.
Once seated, prepare to be whisked back to the fairytale dreams of your childhood as you watch Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker unfold before you.
On a sparkling Christmas Eve in a frost-dusted Edwardian London, Clara receives an enchanted toy soldier which is also a nutcracker as a gift from her uncle Drosselmeyer. Together, they discover a magical world where she battles with the Mouse King and meets a handsome stranger. As the air grows colder, Clara and her valiant Nutcracker take a hot air balloon ride across London to the glistening Land of Snow where a puppet theatre comes to life with dancers from around the world.
Itinerary
- 5:30pm – Meet and greet Chigwell Tours representative for welcome registration. Collection of tickets.
- 5:45pm – Private Front house tour.
- 6:15pm – You will be escorted by your tour-guide to the Sky Bar for your glass of prosecco.
- 7.00pm – 7.15pm – Take your Upper Circle seats for the Nutcracker performance.
- 7.30pm – The English National Opera perform Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker.
- Interval – 20 minutes
- Part 2 Nutcracker
- 9:30pm – End of performance.
Notes: Guests will be served prosecco. Non-alcoholic drinks will be available.
