Hello and Season’s Greetings,

And a big thank you to all our Supporters who have booked a tour with us over the last 12 months.

My name is Salome, as you may know, and I’m the CEO of Chigwell Tours & Visits which is a family run business, based in Chigwell and offering a number of   experiences both in and around Essex ie our Afternoon Tea and Steam Train tours as well as tours wider afield in England andGhana.

I decided to set up Chigwell Tours firstly as a response to the inspirational 2012 Olympics held in Stratford and secondly as result of gradually becoming visually impaired. I was not defeated by this dramatic change in my life, instead I was inspired to create a company that celebrates sight-seeing tours and so Chigwell Tours & Visits was formed.

Running any company is challenging but over the years I have been encouraged by many positive tweets and posts from you and by being voted Winner of the Inspirational Woman Awards in 2015.

I would like to say thank you for your continued support by inviting you to attend our VIP Tour of  Sir William McAlpine’s Fawley Hill Rail  and Museum on Saturday 13 July 2019. You may know that entrance to Fawley Hill Rail and Museum is by invitation only except for open weekends and that is why I am now inviting you to experience our exclusive VIP Fawley Hill Tour.

We will be sending out additional information in late January 2019: please note that this offer is only open to clients who have attended our previous tours; clients who are willing to let us use (free of charge) their fabulous photographs featuring steam trains and finally travel enthusiasts who are willing to be our one-off Guest Blogger.

Our VIP Rail and Museum Tour with Afternoon Tea to Fawley Hill, including a tour of Lord McAlphine’s personal historical collection of rail and steam train artefacts, and library collection, makes for a perfect day out, (Max: 2 people per booking).
